UNITED SIKHS Fosters Deeper Collaboration With Other First Responders

UNITED SIKHS attended First Responders BBQ event this weekend to foster deeper collaboration to ensure effective humanitarian service delivery in the times of need. The event served as a platform for us to foster partnerships and reinforce our commitment to collaborate with other first responders including various departments for effective and prompt humanitarian service when needed.
The First Responders BBQ Event brought together UNITED SIKHS representatives, other first responders and members of the community in a vibrant atmosphere of camaraderie and shared purpose.
The event provided an opportunity for open dialogue, establishing relationships and exploring avenues for enhanced cooperation between UNITED SIKHS and other first responders including the police, fire department.
We met the teams at Canadian Union of Public Employees (CUPE) and Peel Regional Police for collaboration and providing resources to the community.

By forging closer ties with first responders involved in emergency response, we aim to promote seamless coordination, resource sharing, and improved disaster management strategies.
“The First Responders BBQ event was an incredible opportunity for us to strengthen our relationships with the police department and other departments involved in emergency response,” said Gurbir Singh, Director of Operations at UNITED SIKHS Canada. “We firmly believe that by working together, we can respond rapidly and effectively to serve humanity in times of crisis.”
Through collaborative efforts we are dedicated to optimizing response times, streamlining resource allocation, and enhancing the overall effectiveness of humanitarian services. These partnerships will foster a united front in times of crises, ensuring that help reaches those in need swiftly and efficiently.
