When the rivers of Panjab rose this year, they didn’t just engulf homes, they uprooted lives, erased livelihoods, and tested the resilience of entire communities. In the face of this devastation, UNITED SIKHS responded with unwavering courage.
From the breached embankments of Gurdaspur to the submerged fields of Ferozepur, our volunteers moved swiftly by delivering food, clean water, medical aid, and emotional support. We didn’t wait for conditions to improve. We showed up, because dignity should never be delayed.
As Dasvandh Week begins, your generosity becomes part of this response. From November 15–22, every donation will be matched, doubling your impact for flood survivors, civil rights defenders, and communities in need.

UNITED SIKHS continues to defend the religious freedoms of Sikhs around the world challenging discriminatory policies, advocating for the right to express their faith and ensuring that no one is forced to choose between their identity and their safety.

In cities across North America, our teams serve langar to the homeless offering warm meals and human connection to those often forgotten. Through Project UMEED, we support mental health care and community resources, helping them rebuild not just their circumstances, but their confidence.
